Annual membership dues are often paid by an individual member's agency; this is indicative of the value the agency places on the importance of the purchasing profession.
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS
Our membership year runs July through June, and membership is available to individuals who:
- perform procurement and material management activities in a public organization including federal, state, county, municipality and township, public school, college and university, hospital, commission, authority and any other public agency
- are employed full or part time in positions having a direct influence on the public procurement process, including elected officials, department heads and educators.
Chapter membership does not include membership NIGP.
